MCCLR Introductory Workshop

The WAYK team will visit with Cree teachers and learners to provide a 2-week introductory WAYK workshop in Rocky Boy, Montana. This workshop is offered in partnership with Mahchiwminahnahtik Chippewa Cree Language Revitalization (MCCLR).  Beyond an introduction to the essentials of WAYK, the workshop will focus on strategies for creating immersion routines in a variety of classrooms (elementary, secondary, community classes, etc.), tools for working with fluent speakers, as well as using WAYK Techniques to support existing curricula and materials.
