c̓išaaʔatḥ Newbie Sprint Workshop

The WAYK team will work with the c̓išaaʔatḥ team to present a Newbie Sprint workshop over Zoom in April 2023. The Adult Intensive Program is a part-time adult immersion program for learners of nuučaan̓uł, now in it’s second year. The program grows each year as a small cohort of new learners joins the group. By bringing many levels of learners together in their program, the c̓išaaʔatḥ team gives all program participants experience with teaching.

The WAYK team is excited to continue our work with the c̓išaaʔatḥ core team. We look forward to working with all of the learners to practice the skill of quickly assessing a learners proficiency and creating a spontaneous lesson at their level (a.k.a. a “Newbie Sprint”).
