Strategic Planning for Tewa Language Department

The WAYK team joins the Pueblo of Pojoaque’s Tewa Language Department on Zoom for 3 days of strategic planning. Our collaboration with the Tewa Language Department goes back to 2016. Samuel Catanach joined us for the Summer Language Intensive in Atka and now manages the Tewa language program in his home community, P’òsuwäegeh Ówingeh.

During these strategic planning days we will be meeting with the core team to review the TLD’s mission, goals, and values. Our work will help the team to develop a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan. The planning will include metrics for measuring the team’s progress as the 5-year plan unfolds.
