Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc Introductory Workshop

The WAYK team will visit with Secwepemctsín teachers and learners to provide a 10-day introductory WAYK workshop in partnership with Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc. Learners and speakers of neighbouring language communities will also join for this workshop. Beyond an introduction to the essentials of WAYK, the workshop will focus on strategies for immersion instruction in a variety of classrooms,  tools for working with  fluent speakers, and using WAYK Techniques to support existing curricula and materials.
